Application method:
Dilution:
Prepare a working solution by diluting the product with water at a ratio of 1:50 to 1:200 (product:water).
Dosage:
Add the diluted solution at a rate of 0.5% to 1% of the total dry sludge mass.
Mixing & Processing:
Thoroughly blend the solution with sludge using either:
• An in-line pipeline mixer, or
• A dedicated stirring tank
The conditioned sludge can then be directly fed to the plate-and-frame filter press for dewatering.
