Applications:
LSY - 502 is chiefly appropriate for treating wastewater with a high emulsified oil content, such as that from oil refining sewage, oil field sewage, mechanical processing, and paint - coating industries. It can have its formulation adjusted according to different treatment requirements to reach the optimal treatment result. In contrast to other agents, it has advantages like a low dosage requirement, strong adaptability, and a high oil - removal rate.
How to use:
This product should be diluted 2 to 5 times first, and then it can be directly added to the wastewater. After adding, it needs to be stirred to cause sedimentation.
The best performance of coagulation and demulsification can be achieved when the pH value is within the range of 5 to 12, and the highest efficiency is found around a pH value of 9.
It is advisable to add the product at the rapid-mixing tank which is usually a part of the wastewater treatment systems.
The amount of the product to be used depends on the composition of the wastewater. However, generally speaking, the standard volume-based application rate is about 0.1% (1‰).
Safety, packing and storage:
Safety Precautions: This product should not come into direct contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with a large amount of water immediately without any delay.
Packaging: It is available in 25 - kg and 200 - kg plastic drums. Alternatively, packaging can be customized according to the user's requirements.
Storage: Store the product in a shaded area. It has a one - year shelf life.
