PolyDADMAC is a cationic, quaternary ammonium polymer that is entirely soluble in water. It features active cationic radicals and adsorbent groups that interact with negative charges in wastewater, causing the destabilization and flocculation of suspended solids and soluble contaminants, which leads to better decolorization, algae control, and removal of organic substances.

The product is applied as a flocculant, decolorizing agent, and dewatering agent for drinking water, raw water, and wastewater. In the textile industry, it serves as a fungicide for printing and dyeing processes. It also functions as a softener, antistatic agent, conditioner, and color fixative, while being used as a surfactant in chemical manufacturing.

It can be added uniformly and continuously to the wastewater treatment system after dilution in any proportion, or diluted 5-20 times, then stirred and settled, before being directly added to the wastewater.

The dosage for treating water and sewage from different sources depends on the turbidity and concentration, with the ideal dosage determined through small-scale trials.

For optimal results, the dosing points and stirring speed must be carefully chosen to ensure an even mixture, avoiding the fragmentation of the flocs.

The product is supplied in 210kg net plastic drums or 1100kg net IBC containers, while the solid is packed in 20 kg kraft paper bags.

This product is a regular chemical and should be stored at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight, with an ideal temperature range of 5-30°C.

It has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture.

If exposed to temperatures under 0°C for a long duration, this product may freeze. After thawing and stirring, it is ready for use.
