Features
The Water Decoloring Agent is a quaternary ammonium cationic copolymer derived from dicyandiamide formaldehyde resin. It offers outstanding performance in decolorization, flocculation, and chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal.
Applications
1. This product is primarily used to remove color from highly pigmented effluents in dyeing plants. It is especially effective for treating wastewater containing activated, acidic, and disperse dyes.
2. This product can also be used to treat wastewater from the textile sector, dyeing facilities, pigment production, printing ink manufacturing, and the paper industry.
3. It can also be utilized as a retention agent in the paper and pulp manufacturing process.

Usage and precautions
1.Dilute the product with 10 to 40 parts of water, then add it directly to the wastewater. After stirring for a few minutes, clear water can be obtained through precipitation or air flotation.
2.The ideal pH range for the wastewater to be treated is between 6 and 10.
3.For cost-effective operation, it is advised to combine this product with inorganic flocculants when treating high-color and high-COD effluents. The dosage order and ratio should be determined by flocculation tests and the specific wastewater treatment process.
4.At low temperatures, the product may separate into layers and turn white, but mixing it will restore its effectiveness without any negative impact on its performance.
Package and storage
1) The product is packed 250kg net in plastic drum or 1250kg net in IBC.
2) This product is common chemical and should be stored at room temperature. Do not expose it to direct sunlight. It is recommended to store at a temperature of 5-30 ℃.
