1 | Make BWD-01 solution, mix with 40 times water to have 2.5% solution for use. |
2 | Make PAC solution, 2-5% Al2O3 |
3 | Make solution of Anionic Polyelectrolyte, 0.1%. |
4 | Prepare the effluent, test pH value, adjust pH value to 8-9.(It is very important, higher or lower pH, BWD-01 works not well) |
5 | Add PAC solution, mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes |
6 | Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes |
7 | Add small content of anionic polyelectrolyte solution, mix slowly to have big floc. (this step is suggestion) |
8 | Sedimentation |
9 | Check color for treated effluent |
10 | Adjust dosage of BWD-01 and PAC to do more test to have better testing result. |
Application case:
A. When have biological treatment first and after they make chemical treatment. | B. When the treat first by chemicals, then the usual dosages are: |
1. | Test and adjustment the pH of the effluent to 8-9 |
2. | First we apply the PAC (contact time 3-5 min with the waste water), after then LSD-01 Water Decoloring Agent (contact time 5-10 min), and after then anionic polyacrylamide. |
3. | It will give too much economy if we'll adjust the pH 8-9, otherwise the consumption of LSD-01 will be ~20% higher. |

2.Suggested to store in room temperature, would show slightly stratification or appear white at low temperature, cannot be placed in the sun.
